Hello, welcome to my site! My name is Thalia, but I also go by Tes. My username, Tsebresos, comes from my maiden name Sebresos. I was born in Utah in 1995, began pursuing art around age 13, and graduated from BYU in 2017 in Animation. In 2015 I married the most wonderful man in the world, Myles, and I couldn't be happier. I enjoy animals more than almost anything else in the world, and spend many an hour reading, researching and observing the behaviors and husbandry of thousands of animals. I use these skills to take care of my own pets as well as drawing, painting and fabricating animal costumes. I have an unquenchable urge to learn, understand and create, which I’ve pursued into creating my own business that I plan to grow in the future!

My ultimate goal is to provide a place of understanding, kindness, and inspiration for anyone interested in the kind of work I do, whether that be someone commissioning me for artwork, a high schooler making their first costume, an experienced artist looking for new techniques, or even future employees. I strongly believe in being compassionate and charitable, and I am very driven to share and teach the skills I have learned in my life, as well as offering my own services in an easy-going and kind atmosphere. In my artwork specifically, my goal is to bring ideas to life, whether through drawing, costumery, or any other form of art. It's magical, in a way; simple pencil strokes on a piece of paper or a patchwork of faux fur can suddenly turn imagination into reality. Storylines and expressive techniques take that one step further by adding personality and depth. For example, everyone knows that Eeyore is a melancholy donkey- but he isn't even real! He's just a drawing on a paper. That's what makes art awesome to me. Animated movies that elicit deep emotional responses from audiences, like Up or Inside Out, are one of the biggest reason I got into art. I love to be able to make people really feel and relate to characters as if they were real life beings.
